Refund policy

Refund Policy:

I hope that you love your artwork, but if you would like a refund you will need to request this within 30 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds if the returned product is not in its original condition when shipped as we are unable to restock and sell damaged artwork, so please make sure you repackage your artwork with care in the same way that you received it. 

To begin the return process, please contact me via the contact form on my website, giving your order number and (for orders of multiple products) details of which product(s) you are returning and why. 

All returns must be shipped with a tracking number from your shipping provider to the following address:

Giccéexpress, First Floor, 8 Bond Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1RD, United Kingdom. 

The customer is responsible for all costs relating to returning their order, this includes shipping fees, sales taxes and import duties. We are not responsible for products that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit back to us.

We will examine the returned product(s) and notify you of your refund via email within 5 business days of receiving your returned order.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and always within 5 business days of your refund approval. 

You will be refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds. 

For international orders, you will not be refunded for your original shipping costs, only the cost of the returned product(s).

 

Damage / Non-Delivery:

Claims for damage must be made within 5 business days of receipt of your purchase. The damaged item and packaging must be retained for inspection by the courier. We recommend taking photographs as evidence. 

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 days of dispatch.

Please contact me using the contact form on my website, giving your order number and details of the damage if applicable. 

The cost of the damaged / lost items and any applicable delivery charges will be refunded using your original payment method. 

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds. However, if more than 14 days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received your purchase, please contact me using the form on my website, and we'll look into it.
